2. Service Overview

We offer tiered subscription plans that provide:

  • Access to digital vouchers
  • Monthly payment options (50% upfront, 50% one month later)
  • Credit reporting (depending on tier)
  • Tools to help build your credit profile

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a UK resident
  • Agree to a soft credit check (if applicable)

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly.
  • You will be charged 50% of the voucher value upfront; the remaining 50% is due one month later.
  • If you miss a payment, access to new vouchers may be paused, and late fees may apply.
  • Plans can be upgraded or cancelled at any time from your account dashboard.

5. Credit Reporting

For eligible tiers, we may report your account activity to UK Credit Reference Agencies to help you build your credit score.

Please note: We do not guarantee any improvement to your credit score.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not offered for partially used months or for missed payments.

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use our site or services for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
  • Copy, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the platform

8. Liability

While we aim to provide accurate, reliable service, Foundation Credit is not liable for:

  • Credit score changes
  • Missed payments caused by user action
  • Any loss arising from your use of the service, unless caused by our negligence

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes. You will be notified of major updates.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
